There are certain tools that wait. My @biosonicstuningforks planetary tuners have been sitting quietly for a while. Not intentionally set aside. They just haven’t been the frequency the sessions were asking for. I’ve been working more often with my C & G tuning forks. That simple perfect fifth. Clean. Clear. Something the body recognizes quickly. It gives the nervous system a steady place to land. Sometimes simplicity is exactly what’s needed. But today was different. In a session with someone new, I could feel the field between us widen. Sun — vitality and the courage to be seen. Moon — emotional movement and receptivity. Jupiter — expansion and trust. Saturn — boundaries and integration. Pluto — deep transformation and release. All of it present at once. What moved me was how these forces, which can feel like opposites on their own, showed up in harmony. Expansion with restraint. Softness with strength. Visibility with depth. In the language of sympathetic resonance, sounding a planetary fork is an invitation to embody that archetype for a moment. The body doesn’t analyze it. It responds. “I am.” “I feel.” “I trust.” “I commit.” “I transform.” It wasn’t dramatic. It was precise. Like something reorganizing from the inside out. Some days the work stays simple. Some days it opens into something larger. Today it opened. It feels quietly meaningful that these tuners called forward on a day when six planets will be visible along the same arc of sky — including several that moved through our session. I recently had the honor of designing a private sound experience for the teachers at @panoramaearlychildhood during their professional development day. The setting was a light filled classroom surrounded by children’s artwork. A space built for growth and care. The intention was twofold: offer restoration to educators who give so much, and share simple tools they could carry into their classrooms. Rhythmic breathing. Gentle movement. Chanting and sounding. Accessible practices that support nervous system regulation for both teachers and students. Jennifer, Gabby, and Nicole were my son’s very first teachers at the original Panorama location. As a Covid baby, they were the first caretakers outside of our family. I truly could not have imagined a more nurturing environment for him. To be invited back to offer something in return felt deeply full circle. Sound experiences can be thoughtfully shaped for schools, organizations, retreats, and private gatherings.
