Throughout the class, sound is played live in direct response to the movement and breath, creating a practice where everything is unfolding together in real time. We’ll move, breathe, and gradually arrive into stillness together. Held on the farm before the brewery opens, this is a quieter, more intimate space to land into your day. After class, you’re invited to stay, connect, and enjoy a discounted drink, with the food truck and farm stand available. Jess Blake will guide the yoga and somatic practice, inspired by the vibrant spring energy emerging here in the Hudson Valley. This nourishing practice will include an immersive soundscape offered by Jodi Loeb. This is a free community offering. All are welcome, regardless of yoga experience. Whether you are celebrating, holding space, or navigating a transition, this space is here to meet you exactly where you are. The session begins with simple movement and breath to awaken awareness in the body, followed by a restorative sound bath featuring planetary tuning forks, singing bowls, gongs, and more. This layered approach helps calm the nervous system and invites a sense of balance and ease. This class is for everyone. No experience is necessary, and guests are invited to rest comfortably on the floor or sit in a chair.
