Sound Bath: Sanctuary of Sound.

A guided group experience at Mirbeau Rhinebeck blending gentle somatic movement, breath, and sound bath meditation to support relaxation, release, and renewed energy.

As we move into Mother’s Day weekend, this is a beautiful opportunity to share a resonant experience with someone you love—or to gift yourself a sanctuary of rest. Whether you are celebrating, holding space, or navigating a transition, this space is here to meet you exactly where you are.

The session begins with simple movement and breath to awaken awareness in the body, followed by a restorative sound bath featuring planetary tuning forks, singing bowls, gongs, and more. This layered approach helps calm the nervous system and invites a sense of balance and ease.

This class is for everyone. No experience is necessary, and guests are invited to rest comfortably on the floor or sit in a chair.
