With tonight’s new moon in Scorpio — and the Sun, Venus, and Mercury all gathered in Scorpio’s realm — the invitation is to look beneath the surface. Not to complicate things, but to understand what’s really happening in our lives. Yesterday, before class, I pulled a card from @elenabrower’s Practice You deck Slide 1. It asked: How can you shift your vantage point in this moment? I didn’t know then how much I would need that question. The morning had already been heavy — a 5am wake-up, two screaming boys in the car, and a stretch of constant pain with no clear answers yet. I was tired, overwhelmed, and out of patience. And then my phone slipped from my hand and shattered my A bowl — my third-eye bowl, the one tied to intuition, clarity, and inner vision Slide 3. I was officially at my breaking point. It felt like the universe was stacking things against me. That question wouldn’t leave me. When I finally sat with it later — and again this morning — something softened. A small shift in perception opened a different understanding: that this bowl breaking wasn’t just another thing going wrong, but an invitation to listen inward. To trust my own vision. To notice a lesson I hadn’t been still enough to hear. Just like the card says, even the simplest shift can bring profound healing. And today, under this Scorpio new moon, I found myself outside staring at the sky Slide 5, feeling a clarity I didn’t have yesterday. So I’m offering you the same reflection the card offered me: What opens when you view your current moment from a new angle? Sometimes the smallest shift changes everything.
