A morning of movement and sound with @jessblakeyoga and @jodilevloeb at @slowfoxfarm ✨ We’ll begin with a grounding, somatic-based flow, moving with the breath and settling into the body. Throughout the class, sound is played live in direct response to the movement and breath, creating a practice where everything is unfolding together in real time. We’ll move, breathe, and gradually arrive into stillness together. Held on the farm before the brewery opens, this is a quieter, more intimate space to land into your day. After class, you’re invited to stay, connect, and enjoy a discounted drink, with the food truck and farm stand available. The Details: • Sunday, June 7th • 11:00 AM • @slowfoxfarmbrewery (Rhinebeck, NY) • Sliding scale $25–$45  Open to all bodies and experience levels. Bring a mat and anything you need to feel comfortable. Space is limited. Sanctuary of Sound. A guided group experience at Mirbeau Rhinebeck blending gentle somatic movement, breath, and sound bath meditation to support relaxation, release, and renewed energy. As we move into Mother’s Day weekend, this is a beautiful opportunity to share a resonant experience with someone you love—or to gift yourself a sanctuary of rest. Whether you are celebrating, holding space, or navigating a transition, this space is here to meet you exactly where you are. The session begins with simple movement and breath to awaken awareness in the body, followed by a restorative sound bath featuring planetary tuning forks, singing bowls, gongs, and more. This layered approach helps calm the nervous system and invites a sense of balance and ease. This class is for everyone. No experience is necessary, and guests are invited to rest comfortably on the floor or sit in a chair. Saturday, May 9th 3:00 – 4:20 PM Mirbeau Inn & Spa | Rhinebeck, NY Presented by Jodi Loeb of The Seeing Circle. Pricing: $40 for guests | $34 for members (Discounted Spa Day Passes are available for $30) To register: Call the Spa Desk at 877-MIRBEAU or visit in person. I look forward to sharing this space with you.
